We understand the excitement of receiving your framed artwork promptly! For customers in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK, and Canada, delivery generally takes 2-7 business days. While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Our priority is ensuring your order reaches you in excellent condition, and we'll keep you informed with tracking details once your artwork is on its way. Where do you ship your products to?
We ship worldwide! Shipping rates vary based on your location. To ensure your framed artwork arrives intact, we use an Acrylite front protector instead of fragile glass. This way, you can enjoy your beautiful artwork without worry, no matter where you are in the world.
Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
Absolutely! You will receive an automatic shipping update, complete with a direct tracking link, as soon as your framed artwork is picked up by the carrier. This allows you to monitor your package's journey from our store to your doorstep. However, if you have any additional questions or need personalized assistance, feel free to contact us directly. Can an order be cancelled after placement?
Once an order is placed, it is usually sent to our warehouse promptly to begin the production process. Due to this swift workflow, we may not be able to modify the order once it's placed, as it may have already entered production. However, we encourage you to email us and check if any changes are possible. If you need to update your shipping details, kindly inform us as soon as possible before you receive a shipping notification email. Please note that orders in the production phase cannot be altered. What happens if the product is damaged on arrival?
If your product arrives damaged, the shipping company is typically responsible for such cases, and it becomes a matter between the customer and the shipping company. However, as a gesture of good faith and to prioritize customer relations, we kindly request that you take photos of the damaged item, including a close-up image and an image with the full item visible. Once we receive these images, we will thoroughly assess the situation and promptly get back to you with the appropriate next steps to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Are your products sustainable & eco friendly?

Are the framed artworks ready to hang upon delivery?
Yes, our framed artworks are ready to hang upon delivery. Each frame includes sufficient hanging hardware that is easy to use, allowing for quick and hassle-free mounting on any wall so you can enjoy your new artwork without any additional effort or technical knowledge required.

What is your return policy?
Simply put, any misprinted/damaged/defective items will be exchanged or refunded if submitted within 14 days of item being received.
Items lost in transit will be covered at our expense if we are at fault but at the same time shipping companies are responsible for lost packages, worst case scenario contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly and seamlessly!
